I am 5 wks 5 days pregnant. I have 2 sons, with both of my sons I was sick as a dog. I have no symptoms with this pregnancy. I am afraid that it is a sign that something could be wrong. Has anyone ever had symptoms with one pregnancy then none with another and continued to carry full term and deliver a healthy baby? Is this something I should be concerned about?

not to scare you but women that have no symptoms do tend to have high rates of miscariage...although many women are just lucky and dont have any typical symptoms, or they take a while to show up or are so minor they really dont notice them.

Well, with my sons I rarely had symptoms. I maybe had morning sickness a few times or got sick after eating something greasy but, overall, my pregnancy was a breeze! When I found out I was pregnant a third time..... whoa was it different! I was sick as a dog and couldn't eat barely for 3-4 months! I knew it was a girl.... and I had a beautiful baby girl! So, sweetheart I would prepare myself to buy pink! One more thing, you should feel blessed to be having a easy pregnancy..... It may not last long! Feel blessed.....very blessed my dear! Good Luck!

YES sweetie! Every pregnancy and every baby is different. I was so sick with one of my babies that I had to be hospitalized and not sick at all with one of the others. Symptoms vary.
Be happy that you are not sick with this one, count your blessings.
If it is really worrying you be sure to talk to your doctor about it at your next appointment.
Congratulations and I hope everything goes well for you. Enjoy your pregnancy.
I know it is hard to take good care of yourself when you already have two little ones at home but you have to try! You will need some help around the house. Remember to find some time to pamper yourself, it is the best thing you can do for the baby you are carrying.
I don't know how old your boys are but try to take a nap when they are napping or when they are in school. Find ways to find time for yourself!
Good luck and Blessings to you and your new baby.

My sister was as sick as a dog with her first pregnancy morning sickness, ecclempsia, you name it she had it... She was miserable for 9 months with her first pregnancy..

With her second she had no symptoms at all no morning sickness, nothing... She even breezed through labor with her second not even smudging her make-up (She was walking out the door to go to a christmas party when her water broke)... I will never forget her calmly telling her dr. "I think it's time to push." He was amazed because she hadn't shown any signs of hard labor she was sitting in the hospital bed doing a crossword puzzle.... But sure enough it was time and 2 pushes it was over...

Each pregnancy is different... be greatful you are having no adverse reactions this time, save the worry for when there is a definate problem....

I carried a child that had past at a little before 6 months along, obviously I was unaware, but I did it for 2 weeks. One sign to me was the fact I was very ill and loosing weight quickly. Everyone and every pregnancy is different! If you feel there is a problem call your doctor, Have them check your levels it's cheaper than an ultrasound and quick and easy. One blood test will tell them where your levels are. Levels may vary a little but the doctor will be able to compare them to the norm and that will comfort you!

Every pregnancy is different. If you are worried go see your doctor. But just because you were sick with your sons doesn't mean you'll necessarily be sick with this one. Just as every child is different so is every pregnancy. My mum was really sick with me but practically symptom free with my brothers. My two pregnancies were totally different too. Some say that it matters if you know the sex of the child too. Does that answer your question?

when I was preg with my third I had no symptoms. I found out when a clown made me a pregnant poodle ballon at pizza hut on family night. lol. then my hubby said maybe its a sign so the next day I took a test and sure enough it was positive. she was very healthy and is now 6 years old. you have nothing to worry about enjoy this symptom free pregnancy. not all are that lucky

It means you should be thankful!!! I have 5 children. The only one that I had "symptoms" with was my daughter. Let me tell you...I was sick!!! My other children (all boys) did not make me feel this way. They were all very pleasant experiences for the most part....until the last few weeks when I was so big that I couldn't move. I really don't think that you have anything to worry about. For some piece of mid, why don't you make a Dr. appt. and let him know your feelings and see what he has to say??? Good luck and congrats!!!!!

You should not worry about that as long as you are going to your doctors appointment and they tell you that everything is fine. This happened too my sister she has two children and with both of them she was extremely sick however, with her third pregnancy she was fine. She said that she does not even feel pregnant and she had a healthy little boy. Good Luck too you!!! Congratulations by the way!!!
