Lefties rock. We learn to use both of our hands a lot better than righties. And the sad thing is most of us still have to cut with those darn scissors in our right hand. It's hard growing up in a right-handed world!

I was urged to become a righty & it stuck: I'm a righty (I began as a lefty and my mother made me change when I was three or four yrs. old).
Now I can write with both hands. I can't golf or bat left, but I shuffle cards, tie shoes, & dial phone w/my left hand.

Since the left half of the brain controls the right side of the body and vice versa, people who are left handed in their right mind while people who are right handed are left out. What if someone is ambidextrous? Too bad I'm right handed. >:0(

YOU KNOW IT!!! us lefties rock the cosmos. but you know what sux? had we been born in an earlier time period, we would have had to learn to write w/ our right hands for fear of being burned @ the stake for being witches (1700's, early 1800's) or punished continuously by teachers (late 1800's, early 1900's). but hey! this is now & that was then.

I'm righty but my boyfriend is lefty. : ) I have a friend who was born lefty, but made to be righty. So she can write perfectly with both hands. My dad is righty but when he broke his right arm he had to do everything with his left one, so he can write with both hands perfectlly too.

Ha ha ha ha - you're unique? 10 per cent of the population are left handed so you are, by definition, not unique in that respect. I have nothing against left handed people - my wife and I are right handed and our eldest son is left handed - he is fantastically quick at learning music and his creative writing is wonderful. However, so is my daughter's and she is right handed. It's a load of bollocks about left handed people being creative and right handed people being analytical - there is a lot of creativity in mathematics as any mathematician will tell you. I do find, however, that left handed people are very ready to tell you they are left handed, like I could care less.

Left hand means evil. Did you know enemies used to shake with left hands because that means they are not truthful? They would shake there left hand, and there right hand behind them carried a knife and they'd kill the person they shake hands too since left hand means lie.
Hey that's just how history went by. And if the world was right hand against left hand, right hand would win. We have much more of us around.
But I'm even more unique! I can use BOTH hands!!
