I am thinking of buying a PVP (Portable Video Player). Which one do you recommend best fits my needs?

I need it to do the following:
1. Play video AND audio podcasts. (This is the primary reason I want to buy one.)
2. Play videos (DVDs-I know I need to sync them into the PVP)
3. Play recorded TV shows (regular and online)
4. Show photos.
5. Play music.
6. I need it to be COMPATIBLE with BOTH WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER and iTunes. Also need it to be compatible with the media types of song.(EX: .mp3, .wma, etc.) (ANOTHER PRIMARY REASON why I want to buy one!)

Probably Not Many that will do ALL of that If there even is One, Just be sure to check the package Carefully. So many of them out there now that will play DVD+R but not the DVD-R.
I saw a Panasonic at best Buy that would play the Duel formats, and also the windows media, Mp3 and Cd-rs But I'm not sure about the Audio Podcasts. I bought a Magnovox with a 9 inch screen that serves my purpose well for $159 at Best Buy. I assumed that because it was more expensive than the Panasonic which was $139 that it would play all of the above, I was dissappointed that it did not support the dual DVD formats :-s
