okay, i have been called, and i quote, "sick psychopath" by my brother in the past, because i take enjoyment from others pain and suffering, and enjoy horror movies, alot, the more brutality, the bigger kick i get out of em.

its not that i would like to inflict pain or suffering on anyone, i just enjoy seeing it on film, but my brothers criticism has made me feel like i am a weirdo.

I used to enjoy horror movies of the most macabre kind when I was younger but I've so grown out of it now.

It might be normal to enjoy the occasional scare, I think, so long as you remain sensitive to the dehumanisation of your fellow man...I hope you got that 'cause I don't quite myself!

How come you are brutal yet beautiful? Does it have anything to do with your love for vampire movies 'cause if it does you might want to tone it down a bit....

Dont worry, your not a wierdo. (I guess brothers tease each other-whatever they may do or have interest in). I love horror films, whether theyre based on fact or not. I like anything thats unexplained or unknown - the paranormal, crop circles, afterlife..etc.
I'm always looking out for programs or events+ stories of unexplained phenomena.
Last year went to watch a reconstruction of the Victorian murderer Charlie Peace, held in the Leeds Town Hall.

Many people are entertained by such horror movies , like Adfred Hitchcock and others. The horror of the supernatural , of ghosts , spirits , danger and of things frightening may terrify the viewer, yet they go on watching because being frighten is also part of the trill.

Do you think you are the only non-psychopathic person who likes to watch horror? They're a form of entertainment. If nobody liked watching them none would be made.

Your brother's an idiot. Tell him from me.

Personally, I don't enjoy horror movies and I find it difficult to understand why other people do.

If this bothers you (which seems more natural to me), try to stay away from horror movies and perhaps try to find another pastime. Looking at such things is no good for the human soul.

No you aren';t and your brother is being ignorant. I enjoy watching those kind of things and i'm not a sick pyschopath. It's just entertainment, it doesn't mean you want to go on a killing spree. Keep watching your movies and ignore your brothers stupid comments.
