though i agree with the invasion on Afghanistan, I've find the invasion of Iraq to be ill planned and pointless, if Iraq did indeed had wmd's Iraq would have surely used them on our troops, and thus the infantry assault that bush sent further proves bushes doubts on the existence of wmds. i wasn't too wild about this so called "guest worker program" i really think that the patriot act should have been more specific, I don't like the fact that he stifled scientific development by cutting research for stem cells.

First of all, he's not particularly qualified to be President. His dad was far more experienced and qualified. Dubya seemed to get the Republican nomination by inheritance rather than by earning it.
Second, about 2 to 3 weeks after I voted for him in 2000, I became completely embarrassed at the fact that I had just voted for him when he indicated that he was going to seek, from the federal courts, an injunction to stop the hand re-counts in Florida because he thinks that the method of counting ballots is a violation of the Equal Protection Clause. At that point I knew Bush doesn't know anything about what is or is not a proper interpretation of the Constitution. And I knew that I couldn't vote for him again. I didn't vote at all in 2004, and if the next Republican nominee still doesn't acknowledge that the Bush v. Gore decision was a catastrophe and why, then I won't vote in 2008, either. I'll probably never vote again.

There isn't enough room here to adequately assess the man's majestic uselessness.
Suffice it to say that future historians will trace the beginning of America's long decline to this sad excuse for an administration and it will be universally accepted that the worst thing ever to happen to the USA was the appointment of George W. Bush as "President" by the Supreme Court.
Count on it.

I have disliked him since he first announced he was running for President. Maybe its just me but I feel that the President of the worlds only super power should speak eloquently and be knowledgeable about world leaders.
He was in no way qualified to be President. Is this a valid question or do you just want republicans to agree with you? If I knew it was a valid question I would answer in greater detail.

his policies have left us in greater debt than ALL the other presidents combined, more executive orders than any other, more signing statements than ALL others. He hid facts about Iraq's wmd's that would have kept us from going to war there, he has authorized spying on U.S. citizens, imprisonment without access to lawyers or even being charged with anything. He didn't wantto investigate 911, even after the c.i.a. confirmed that al-qaeda was responsible for the Cole bombing he refused to go after them, the Bush Family and the Bin-Laden family have been in financial partnership for years through the carlyle group. etc, etc, etc

I am 53 years old. I don't like Bush. I think we are wasting lives in Iraq. I see NO PROGRESS in the war. It bothers me that Chaney is part of Haliburton and they made $600 a gallon during the war for gas. Sounds like a lot of Republicans getting richer to me and NO Republican in Congress has a kid in the war.

I believe he is the figurehead for an evil presidential administration that was responsible for the events of 9/11 that the neocons pulled off to galvanize support for the neocons' plans of empire

A lot of politically left oriented people (and some but less right oriented) have a strange conception of democracy. They find that everything they do not share is wrong and a shameful thing or stuff. So Bush is very hated but, hey! He won elections twice so there's always a silent part which likes him tough is not noisy like no global, pacifists or so.
I do not like what the government of my country (left government) does, but it won the election and so it is right if it tries to govern in his way!
See you

He's like any other greedy business man, he's lining his families pockets with money.
George W. Bush Resume

Owner, oil and gas business
See the site below to document that he and his family are involved in the oil industry.

Well your gonna get alot of different kind of answers, probably alot of them really negative.
I myself disagree with alot of the things the man does, mainly his stuborness "I will stay in Iraq if my only supporters are my dog and Laura". However, I respect an American who thinks that something is right for his country and pushes forward for it. I may not agree with everything he does or says, and somethings I do agree with, but I respect an American who is spending 8 years of his life to serve the people in the way HE feels best. Whether or not it is best, at least he is working for us in the way he thinks is best for America.
