Now is not the time to be trying to loose weight..Just eat properly and do light moderate exercises..This way when you have your baby you should be able to loose the weight a little easier...
Good Luck!

I wouldnt diet, but if you eat when your hungry and it can be low fat or no fat (like vegies). My eating habits change when im pregnant, I cant stand red meat of any kind. I normally love fizzy drinks but i prefer water or fizzy water, I also go off dairy a bit. I am currently 23 weeks and measuring 32 weeks but i have only put on about 3 kgs. I love pasta with creamy sauces which is high fat and if i didnt eat high fat food like that i may have lost weight. Some of the other answers are over reactions, your baby is going to take everything it needs it will never go without (unless you eat nothing) and you are the one who is left with nothing to keep your body going. Having an 8 month old that will demand so much of you, you will need your energy. I agree that prenatal vitimins are very important though. One other thought some women vomit all through their pregnancies and have healthy babies, but unfortunatley for them they are so exhusted from it. Good luck with it

Please dont try to lose weight while pregnant. Its not healthy and you know that. TRY try try to eat healthy with this pregnancy so you wont gain to much weight. And if you do, DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT. After you give birth eat better and exercise atleast three times a week. You'll be fine. Remember your priority is the health of you baby. Drink alot of water during the day and take your vitamins. Good Luck! And congrats!

They dont want you losing weight while pregnant, because your body wont be able to stay healthy through it.

The baby will use whatever is in your body to grow, whether you have eaten it or not. But that leaves nothing for your own body to replenish itself.

Focus on staying healthy and not gaining more than you have to. You'll still be able to pick up where you left off after this baby.

No way! In fact pregnant women need extra calories for their baby's proper growth and development. Put the diet on hold and eat sensibly. That way you shouldn't have too much more weight to lose after baby number two. Remember that your children should come first. And congratulations on both of your new arrivals!

Your first priority is to nurture baby no. 2. That means a good diet, lots of fruits and veggies etc. I'm sure you know the drill. Eating well should help you and the baby. You could try walking more to get fit and toned. Or swimming if your health permits. Check with your doctor. It's always best to avoid extremes when you're pregnant. Good luck and take good care of yourself.

You have put yourself and your unborn child at risk by becoming pregnant so soon after the first child.
You did not allow your body to totally recuperate from the first child.
Take your vitamins and minerals and do kagile exercises every chance you can.
Didn't your doctor talk to you?
Now is the time to practice the rhythm method...or some type of birth control.
A woman I knew, thought while she was breast feeding she couldn't become pregnant. Wrong. That is a old wives' tale. As she found out.

i've only just had my first baby one month ago but i bearly put weight on at all while i was pregnant the most i put on was 4kg's, and that was up and down the whole way through, i wouldn't say that you should try as such to lose that weight but exercise to what your body will let you and do lots of walking. if your healthy then your baby will be aswell.
