This guy IM's me constantly. I tell him to stop it, he won't. So, I want to be able to make sure he can't IM me anymore! What do I
do ? If I get unwanted IM's.....how do I make them stop? I am new
to the IM thing, so I barely know what I am doing....lol HELP!!!

Depending on the IM program you use, add him to your blocked senders list.

Block him. Most windows that come up with the message/conversation have the option to do so depending on what version of AIM or AOL you are using. If there is not....go to set up, and then click on IM settings, and it should be under security.....that is how it is on my computer but dont quote me. Yours should be somewhat similar to that though.

Almost ALL IM clients have a block option.
Just find the block option and block the username.

with most messanger things, there's a feature to block certain users. You will probably have to add him to your list first, then right click and choose "block" or something along those lines.

Maybe if you ignore him, and don't answer him, he will just get bored and move on. Just don't talk to him
