Real- Confirmed with urine and blood pregnancy test and then an ultrasound.
Fake- Period shows up.
It stinks, but a lot of the early pregnancy symptoms can mimic pre-menstrual symptoms.
When in doubt, go to the doctor and request a blood pregnancy test.

only a home pregnancy test will tell you accurately if u are preg. all other signs like vomiting or giddiness cud be coincidentally acidity or gas
