My doctor told me to stay away from white flour, anything with yeast, dairy and sugar. I want to know if I can subsitute soy products for dairy products and animal products. Does soy contain anything found in these other products?

Soy is actually a bean. Pure soy would not contain those products, however any soy food product might possibly contain any combination of those items. Look carefully at the labels. Best of luck.

Soy contains Isoflavonoids which were touted as miracle substances for menopause...however recent studies have found you would need to consume gallons of the stuff daily for it to do anything.
