the main differecne is told in these two words:
Prokaryote and Eucaryote.
Both word are derivative of the greek word ¨karion¨, wich means nucleus. So, Eucaryon is the¨real¨or ¨proper¨nucleus, with a double layer external membrane as we know it and pores( i.e: an amoeba); Procaryon is the ¨primitive¨ nucleus, with only a strain of DNA free in the cytoplasm. This is the main difference.

prokaryote cells have circular dna and is oval shaped tenth the size organelles such as nucleus endoplasmic reticulum rybosomes vacuole chloroplasts cell wall circular linear dna oh and those are pretty much all Organelles and im only 12
