You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.

The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

Omega 3 (fish oil). Or eat fish 2x a week. Works wonders. Avoid salt or anything salty. Drink lot's of water. Don't stress over the small stuff. Exercise (another great remedy). Lower your intake of fat and sugar. If you are overweight loose some. Every 5lbs you lose decreases you chance of high blood pressure. Good Luck.

Try more fiber, like fruits and vegtables. See, they help get water out. Probably somehow reduce fat, too.

Reduce salt! Really this makes a difference! Get a little exercise at least, everyday. Walk when it is nice. It builds up endorphins in you're body, they are feel good hormones, and they can change alot.

And keep a good attitude above all. Whatever is gonna happen, is gonna happen, good or bad, we don't have to row the boat all by ourselves, know what I mean?

We don't need to be in control of everything all the time. Let go and let God.

Maybe you should question why you are on the medications you are on. If you were able to get to the root causes for the symptons that your medication is treating (and apparently you are having side effects of hi blood pressure - if I understand you correctly), then it would improve.

Even with that said, if you are over weight, getting back to a healthy weight is the first thing to look at for high blood pressure.

There is an all natural product called lowsterol that lowers triglycerides and cleans existing plaque from veins and arteries. It is guaranteed to lower cholesterol by 25 percent in 90 days. It is the best product I have found to date.

Why do you have high blood pressure? If you are overweight you need to lose some weight. If you are stressed out you need to take up yoga or meditation. If your arteries have narrowed you can use L-Arginine. This will produce nitric oxide that dilates the vessels. Hope this helps!
