Is it a week when you start getting craps gas ect?

Im glad you have gas too when getting your period.I thought I was the only one to go through that.I start all signs including spotting 4 days before my period.

Everyone is different. I usually eat like a horse two weeks before and can feel ovulation pain. The cramps for me usually start three days before with a headache. Every month.

every one is different and get no signs, but unfornately I do get signs. I have cramping only the day before but I also have the cramps for about the first four days. While I have my womenly I also want to eat everything in my site. I have a chocolate craving for the first couple of days.

You can get it up two weeks before.
The symptoms of PMS can be felt from ovulation which is exactly 2 weeks before you bleed.
You can get cramping at ovulation but some women don't feel anything at all, and you can also get cramping a few days before your period, or just during your period.

Its typically about 2-3 days before mine when I start feeling crampy and bloated.

Every person is different, some don't even have symptoms (like me) but I think it is up to 2 weeks for PMS!

Every woman is different...w/me, I get cramps the day b4 and the day of it. Sometimes, the cramps accompany chills too. My breasts are really tender a few days b4 also.

It's different for some people. I never have cramps or gas. That's just me, though...

yes i get the signs a week before too.cramps munchies bloating and mood swings
