You talk in riddles.

If the house is level it should not need fixing.

If the house has been leveled by someone tearing it down, by a storm leveling it, or some other catastrophe, then I would call your insurance company. Maybe you have a policy to cover this?

your question doesn't make sense. If the house is level what needs "fixing"?

If you mean a house thats on jacks, then each jack can be adjusted to re level it.

If it's leveled, then there is nothing to fix except maybe cart away the debris.
