Caffeine is one, if you drink coffee switch to decaf, you want to eat healthy, lots of green vegetables and fruits, stay away from artificial sweeteners, use splenda, also stay away from a lot of seafood, because it can contain mercury, and tuna fish, no more than one to two servings per week. Good books are, What to Expect When you are Expecting, and Pregnancy Week By Week. Congratulations.

Food/Shelter this are the average want of the entire cratures on the planet, Even a small ant reveals it and so the exceptional elephant too reveals out for himself, Just to differetiate among different creature and people we have now competencies. Knowledge is the one factor which will fetch u the whole lot within the lifestyles. Without competencies u even dont understand how to jot down/talk/consume adequately, A guy with out competencies-What will he do with cash ? Just provide a beggar a Diamond Sized 10ct. Worth a million Crore Rs, what is going to he do, Just throw it pondering it a useful stone, Sell off for few rs. to someone, it's the competencies that makes the stone useful. Don't be disillusioned my pal, Knowledge is the quality factor and the whole lot can also be performed via it.

Alcohol, caffiene, drastically lower your sugar intake (I mean actual sugar, not fruit or honey or maple syrup). Stay away from Splenda!!! Stay away from any artiificial sweetners, or processed foods. Obviously stay away from soda. Fruit juice is ok, as long as there is no added sugar or sweetener and it is 100% juice. Try to drink as much water as you can (you'll get leg cramps in the middle of the night if you don't). You want the food you eat to be as close to the way it was when it came out of the ground. Leafy greens are extremely important for folic acid. I craved kale when I was pregnant...so much that I now have a sticker on my refigerator that say's "I love kale". Try to eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as possible. By eating healthfully while you are pregnant, you can be sure that your baby will like healthy foods as well. Setting a good foundation for diet starts in the womb. Congrats!
