There are a few people I'd like to duct tape to a chair and beat with a rubber hose (wrapped in duct tape, of course!!) Just 2 things off the top of my head!!

You can tape someone to your bed for some play time. You can tape stuff to the ceiling for the cat to bat at (or you can bat at it if you wanna, Dragon would).
You can get the hair off your legs (if you're brave enough).
You can wrap presents in it (highly amusing, Dragon recommends this one).
You can use it to fix broken things (if you can't fix it with duct tape, it ain't worth keeping).
