They go for mass production folks like if you have programs that download 900-1000 songs a day or your computer has over 3000-4000 songs or you have multiple file sharing programs o your computer out of the 12 million people that down load music only 128 (research because love downloading lol) were prosecuted 72 paid a fine and 28 were set to go to prison for 2 years and the others got off the least down loaded amount of material someone was prosecuted for was around 3200 songs you will be iight lol.

It only takes one...I completed a legal brief of a case where the feds went after a girl for downloading 2 songs. However, they generally go after people who download massive quantities.
