I would be very afraid. This is stalking behavior, especially as he refused to identify himself and calls at bad times from different places. Please talk to the phone company; a trace can be placed on those calls, and, of course, you should report this to the police. Please stay safe! Keep your doors locked, and don't meet him, it's very dangerous. Stalkers have killed their prey repeatedly!

If you feel your life is indanger, go to the police station and file a police report. That's faster than calling 911 and this situation is NOT what 911 is for. If you think he's just trying to get to you, turn your ringer off. If someone you know needs you that bad at night, they'll come knock on your door!
You should probably file a police report that way the incident is documented in the event you are physically hurt. (Stronger court case)

Call information, 411, and request a reverse directory listing. They can provide you with the address of the number if it is a landline. Report the calls, numbers and addresses to your phone company and local police. Keep an accurate record of all calls - time, date and context.

If you starting to get scared call the cops and make them trace the call to see where it came from
2nd: have the police on one line and have the man on the other but you can only do this if you have three-way calling

Go to Yahoo Search and type in Reverse Phone Number Search. There are sites that alow you to type in phone numbers to see who they belong to but only if they are landlines. If they are coming from a cellphone you won't be able to tell but usually they can tell you where abouts they are located. From now on, don't answer your phone when you see a number you don't recognize.

hang up and dial *69. That will dial the last phone number back. If he has an answering machine then he might say who he is.
That costs about .75 cents. If you punch *67 first he won't know who's calling (that's free).
Good Luck

Next time he calls tell him you will not talk to him unless he identifies himself and if he won't, hang up. Actually this is a form of stalkiing and you should report it. In any event do not encourage him by talking to him.
Try a reverse listing on 411.com

this man is harassing you and possibly stalking you. yes, you should be very scared. call 311 to report this to the police or go to your nearest police headquarters. they can help you block his number and you can report him for harassment. don't let this guy get away with this! you might not be his only victim.

I'd go to the police. Screw that crap. I have had enough stalkers in my life to recognize the signs. I don't care who someone is, if they are not willing to identify themselves, they do not need to be calling.

you'll be able to move on your wi-fi supplier and ask to dam the cellphone quantity or simply get a pal to begin calling that individual to uncover a few information on why the individual is asking you
