I think I left mine at 45 degrees F in Wisconsin. You may still want to drain the toilets and turn off the water where it comes into the house. At least I would turn off the water if you live in one of the colder places. That is so you don't come home to frozen water pipes and water all over the floor.

What latitude do you live at? Turn the thermostat all the way to minimum, and you should be OK for 3 weeks. Mildew might be a problem with high humidity.

If you have no pets or anything that needs heat then all you gotta do is keep the place warm enough to prevent water from freezing and bursting pipes
