i've done that before. one year I appeared to be a gruesom holloween costume that we stuffed and put on the porch.... until i moved. I had one little girl actually freak and vault over the porch railing and not show up again. Another year I made a grim reaper costume that looked as i had just been dug out of the grave. the walkway was lit by some old lanterns and i had a fog machine going so you could not see my feet. kids would not approach me for the candy.

get one of those really scary masks! hehe...it's not a nice thing to do but i guess a few scares won't hurt right? haha...
