Watch the Corpse Bride or one of the Johnny Depp pirate movies. Have a team context to solve some riddles and give the group prizes if they solve them (things like ice cream, etc). Get organized for a massive toe nail painting party; get different colors, etc.

Yea i just had a Halloween party. Its weird but cool, get some clean diapers and make some chocolate pudding, put the chocolate pudding in an open diaper and put a peice of bubble gum in the pudding, and tell them they have to find the gum with their mouth and they cant use there hands, chew it and blow a bubble and the first one to do so wins.

Make a sheet cake then get those Vienna wafer cookies or some other cookie that when you put one end in the cake it looks like tombstones. You can write their names on the stones. Use scary green icing and such.

Pizza and scary movies. I also took my kids and their friends TPing when they were little. They loved it.
