Tell her how u feel and if that doesn't work ditch her as ur friend cuz nobody likes being around someone who always criticizes them. even if she is ur best friend I'd ditch her if she keeps it up cuz friends arnt supposed to hurt u.

Tell her after she tells you, to stop or you won't be her friend anymore, then say, that means no ice cream @ my house, that means no more cash lending from me, that means no borrowing my really cute clothes you always borrow, that means no more boy advice, or anything you always do to me or borrow from me or do with me when you have nothing to do. Or change your hair color and start calling her a dumb blonde.
