Yes, a gas has a volume. There are two things that determine what that volume is - Temperature and pressure. The higher the temperature of a given amount of gas, the greater the volume. More pressure, however, makes the volume to be less for a given amount of gas.

Yes, gas has volume just like liquid and solid. There are so many molecules per cm cubed or whatever dimensions you use. Just think of a bicycle tire. You can only put so much air in before it blows up.
