As someone who has had near death, once in a while I just take a very deep breath and enjoy taking a very deep breath and another moment of life. The awareness of a moment of life makes life worth living.
What gives life maximum quality is when it can be lived with passion. When you find what you are passionate about and live for that.

For me it is the unconditional love of my grandchildren, and knowing that after I am gone part of me will live on in them, just as I carry the spirits of my own grandparents
