Well i think that americans should try to lose some weight if they don't want asians and Europeans making fun of them.

Yes, they're worng if they're doing that. Insulting a person's (or a country's weight) only makes them defensive, does not cause them to wnat to get healthy. They should mind their own business.
Also of interest, the French are starting to get fat - tee hee hee.
