I've taken several IQ tests for the past 15 years and everytime my IQ comes up a different number. And has increased with my age. The first time my score was 125. Then 135, 137, 140 and 145. I don't believe a test can measure your intelligence but I'm still intrigued by it. Did you ever take an IQ test? What was your highest score? I've taken the test in my native language and in English. Few differences vocabulary wise but not much. In English came out higher, surprisingly enough.

I have taken the same test on Tickle.com several times and I get around 130. The test never changes. I have heard it said that your IQ improves as you get older. But what does it prove, but your ability to take a test? Some people are just good guessers.

Are you trying to fish out how many people out there has an IQ above 130? If you are then it's working.

You ask in the first person approach.... if you are addressing it to a particular someone - or probably not, then we are back to the fishing of data or possible persons who seems to think like you. Or possibly possess exceptional intelligence like you.

I.Q. is merely a quotient and will not be a factor on our objective in life. It's the Emotional Intelligence and Practical Common Sense that will bring us more content and Happiness in this temporal world.

Indeed IQ results truly vary in time... it's not accurate and has nothing to do with real intelligence or wisdom.

I pray for your success in your search for truths in this planet!

You're right, IQ does NOT measure your intelligence. It measures your ability and aptitude to learn, nothing more. There are lots of people with high IQs who are useless in the real world because they never applied themselves to use their aptitude, and there are lots of very intelligent people with mid or low IQs who worked their tails off to learn despite it being harder for them than for others.
Your IQ going up is easily explained by you learning better HOW to learn in school -- it happens frequently. My first result (in 5th or 6th grade) was 137, as a senior in High School it was 144 (yeah, you got me beat! ;-) Now it's probably lower, even though I'm more intelligent than I was back then (I've learned a LOT more), but as you get into your 40's it's harder to learn new things.

Congrats on a good IQ score. Now go use your aptitudes to learn something and make a real difference in the world!

Only 2% of the population has an IQ over 130. Mine sure isn't that high though I don't know it. I thought you weren't supposed to administer the test more that one time per year. I thought it measured your aptitude for learning. Still, yours is impressive.
