And she said she would make me dress up like a girl for halloween
but she said she does not know I should have to wear so she said we would ask it here and she said whaetever she likes the most sshe will pick and give details and she said if you guys say I shouldn't wear it she will let me off the hook

This is not your lucky day, if she wants you to dress as a girl for Halloween, it will be scary for you.
I would suggest that if she opens her closet and tries only the clothes that fit you she will find an interesting outfit for the occasion. Her plan may be more elaborate though and in that case get ready to go to the thrift store and try on some gowns. Maybe a prom queen might be the way to go....
Either way you go the preparation will be to make you look feminine before you dress and that means hair, possible hair-removal, nails ( and toes), make-up, eyebrow arching and maybe some type of breast forms. If you can get past that, then dressing will be the easy part. And a reminder if high heels are to be used...you must start practicing wearing them and walking around in them til they are comfortable to wear properly.

It's no great hardship dressing like a girl. You should enjoy the experience! Be enthusiastic and creative, and it'll probably take the edge off losing the bet to your girlfriend. I suggest going full out -- bra, panties, pantyhose, heels, and dress. Pretend you are a professional businesswoman, or a prom goer, or a bridesmaid.
