i think it should be pronounced eleven-teen :) who knows why its not pronounced either of these ways, very good question.

it is going to be oneteen, and 12 ought to be twoteen, and 13 ought to be threeteen extremely of 13 b/c 14-19 are all the numbers w/ teen further to the top. apart from 15 and it is going to be fiveteen.
