The floors (seals) don't look clean they look pretty dirty even after I clean the floor with normal tile floor cleaners. But I'm looking for something that actually cleans the seals, cracks on the tile floors any suggestions!!

You could try looking at Varithian, It is a clear hard coat liquid that will seal floors I have seen it used on hard wood floors with good results. Ask your paint or hardware dealer about its uses. It might be easier to replace the tiles.

If bleach isn't working(I assume you mean your grout lines) then try (in a small area) some Tilex MILDEW remover. It might work.
Spray it on and let it set for a while, it wont harm the floor. I just said a little spot, so's you don't waste time and money.

mr clean magic erasers.....i just moved into a new apartment and lets just say that the apartment cleaning crew that management sends in wasnt up to my standards. These erasers are wonderful on just about anything. used them to clean caulking in the bathroom and grout on the floor. Shoes, walls, in the car, there are so many uses for this.
