No, the CRF250 has a completely different engine.

Nope, but you can use all the stuff made for XR200 (except piston, etc) Look for XR200 tuning tips, cams,carb, exhaust, air box mods etc
The motor is little more than a bored and stroked XL/CB125 from 1970, no matter what anyone else tells you
