hello,
I have been looking for a new player with a arm strap or belt clip. and soooo many do not come with them.
sure the apple you can by 3rd party ones.
but other players do not have the 3rd party items.
how do you use the mp3 player when you work out? if you don't have an arm band or belt clip?
why don't they make more with them?

i have the same problem, i don't even know where to put my water yet

if you were a girl i'd say put it in your bra

since you're a guy, maybe where a plain shirt that has a pocket on the outside, wear it inside out and put you rmp3 player in it-- maybe sew a button soit doesn't fall out

if you wear more spandex/tight shirts, maybe you can sew a pocket on the inside and put your mp3 player in there

i guess i'm running with the bra idea lol

hope that helped a bit

the best mp3s to work out with are the flash based ones...the ipods, creatives, iriver, etc, so that when you're running they wont break or anything. creative has an included arm strap, and i think the iriver has some sort of neck strap (so you can wear it as a necklace?). i think it would be better for mp3s to include armstraps/neckstraps in their packaging! or at least make 3rd party ones. they probably dont include them because for the more "fashion-awared" people, armstraps and belt clips just dont cut the coolness. haha.

I have the iPod video and the iPod shuffle. When I work out, it is usually for an hour or so and I don't need a large amount of music so the shuffle works fine with me. I usually just clip it on. So I guess the type of workout you do will determine what kind of mp3 player you should purchase. Good luck!!

The "ilo" (availiable at Wal-Mart) comes with an arm-band. I don't use it, but mine came with it. I listen to mine while riding a motorcycle. I attach it to my "doo-rag" and wind the earbud cord up inside of the rag. Then I pull the buds out as far as I need. It works real good!

put it in your pocket? use a pin and hook the wire of your headphones with your shirt? I don't know why they don't invent some with clips...that's actually a good question
