That's pretty good, at speakeasy.net's speed test I get:
Download: 12,365 kbps
Upload: 958 kbps
and that is with Road Runner Premium. So your looking pretty good.

No, not really. Certainly, that's below average for non-rural areas of the UK. Mine is double that and still not particularly fast.
