I'd go for Paris. LA is polluted, NY is too dirty and Tokyo so noisy, while Paris is the city of lights...

I'd have to say Paris. It's the home of couture and you have to be authorized to actually sell and make couture. I also like Milan, and they are pretty much equal to me. LA is white trash. NY is great too, that would be my next choice. I actually really like NYC.
