I am 14 years old, 5'8 and 145lbs. my Birthday was september 21. I can do 35 sit-ups, curl 75, and bench 90. I have never worked out much but am ready to begin. I can't tell if i'm strong or weak for not working out. can u tell me your stats this is for guys tell me if your a girl

At least strong enough to beat up the average 13 year old.


But seriously, talk to a phys ed teacher or a coach, they'll be glad to help you out with this stuff...

ya i could bench 125 when i was 12 and do 100 sit ups and 125 curls but i also did gymnastics u need to get stronger

As strong as they can get naturally. Until bones a developed weight lifting is not a good idea, the musles will stunt the bone development.

you sound strong enough to me. you dont really need to worry about it at 14 thoguh, wait a few years and your muscles will fully develop
