Divide 9 into 1.00.
You'll end up with 0.11. I say that because if you kept going, you would see that it is just 0.111111.... Since you are looking for the nearest tenth, you don't need to go that far out.
So, with 0.11, you know to round it to 0.1.

You can see that 1 / 9 = 0.111... infinity. The first digit to the right of the decimal is the tenths position, the second digit to the right is the hundredths position, etc. Therefore your answer is simply 0.1
