Could be a kidney or bladder infection or just a weak bladder, it sounds like you may need to take him to a Urologist and have him examined, not a regular doctor.

I suggest that you consult a Pediatrician who specializes in Nephrology! The most frequent cause is Urinary Tract Infection! However, we have to rule out other causes. Probably your doctor will suggest an Ultrasound of the Kidneys, Ureter ( where the urine passes) and the Bladder or the x-ray of the KUB. KUB, stands for the initials letters of K= idney, U=reters & B=ladder.
If all are normal, then last resort is to seek Psychological help! Child who bedwets might have some problems which they cant relay to anyone!

I hope he has seen a doctor at some point in the last year. Diabetes can cause frequent urination, so can some infections or other illnesses. Get him to a doctor as soon as you can. He needs a physical.

Have you had him checked for diabetes? That's one of the major symptoms. Ask him if his hands are tingling, or feet; that's another symptom. Juvenile onset diabetes is rapidly increasing due to the diet that most kids eat - both school meals and snacks, are carb-based for the energy.
