I am assuming that it is the ointment and not the drops. Just pull down your lower eye lid and apply a thin ribbon of ointment to the inside of your eyelid usually between 2-4 times a day. It is an ophthalmic ointment and is made to go into the eye. I would also use warm compresses over your eye also, they seem to help for a stye more than anything. Just run the water as warm as you can tolerate soak a wash cloth in, ring out the water then hold over your closed eye until cloth is cool, do this at least four times a day, the warmth increases blood circulation to the area and speeds in healing the infection.
