my c:/ drive is completly full. how do i go about cleaning it up? besides deleting old or unused programs and documents, what can i do?

If you have a Windows computer, then you can defragment the drive by clicking the start menu, going to programs, then accsesories, and then system tools. Then click on Disc Defragmenter, and let it free up some space.
Also, you can tranfer important files, then wipe the disk (hard drive) and put the files back on.
That's pretty much it.

1st Step - Uninstall programs that you don't use in the control panel.

2nd Step - Run Spyware Scanners then Download and install #17 from our download list and run it.

3rd Step - Defrag your hard drive.

Cleaning up clutter on your hard drive doesn't do much for restoring space. Either back your stuff up on data discs, or delete stuff. Or, install a second drive.

you can also try running a defrag, or right clicking on your drive, and selecting properties under the general tab, select "disk cleanup", or checking off the box that says compress to save space.
