I have a cold and some of my friends told me that if you don't take medicine then it relieves it quicker and with medication it lasts longer but I've always heard that medicine helps.. Alittle help please?

A normal cold cannot be cured by medicine only comforted. Hot lemon and honey is always nice when you have a cold, but really time and rest is what you need.

Sleep and Liquids, preferably orange juice. Also, sunlight believe it of not, has vitamins in it.

Drink LOTS of WATER, with EMERGEN-C powder, I promise !!
Alacer corporation's Emergen-c powder is like magic !! I dont work for them, let alone know them or where they are, but you should be able to get it at any health food store.
