Yes I did know. I am always pulling computers apart and tinkering and I see quite a lot of manufacturers being diverse in what they make for them. It would be very limiting for them if they only made processors.

Yes, Dell and Gateway don't manufacturer much of anything. They buy in large bulk quantities from other manufactures in order to sell to the public for dirt cheap. Do you really care what model your CD-Rom drive is anyways?

it shud be intel but going for the cost Asus is a better option there r others also like foxconn & asrock but they might not give u that stability
