My employer wants someone that is charismatic...I am not sure how to be that way.

Charisma is a confidence in yourself that enables you to share your heart with the people around you very easily. It makes people drawn to you, and it makes people trust you. It is charm, grace, dignity, respect, honesty, generosity, warmth, humor, kindness, positiveness, and outgoingness.

I would define charisma as having an outgoing personality and a positive outlook on things.

It's magnetic charm. It's the exact opposite of the way my wife felt when I bought her some vacuum cleaner bags for Valentines Day
