You cannot vote 4 times for the same thing in a single state, but you can vote for local stuff in each state.

no sorry. it is illegal. think about...there are some pretty rich people out there who have houses in TONS of states. do u think it would be far if they arn't on ur side, and voted like 20 times? even they ARE on ur side?

Because gov. only permits one vote per citizen, based on your
social security #

However you may be eligible to vote on local, municipal, elections (ie. mayoral elections, sherriff's office, etc.)
