What do Tin- Sn, Lead- Pb, and Bismuth- Bi have in common. Are they Transition metals or not

They are all considered metals, even though they are near the transition line on the periodic table. They are the only metals (besides hydrogen), which have unfilled outer shell p electrons in them.

Sn and Pb belong to the same group (14 or IVa group) of the Periodic Table. Bi belongs to the Va or 15 group. They are all metals. But they are not transition metals, they belong to the p-sector of the Table, not to the d-sector.
