Do you know what they bench? Squat? Curl? shot speed? give me some stats. Did you play hockey? How big are you and what can you lift?

Jaromir Jagr. He's so talented with the puck he's almost impossible to knock off. Look out for Hossa.

Rod Brind A'mour is very strong. I seen his work out. But i dont know how much he bench preses. All i know is that after every game he still works out for a long time.

I use to play hockey, but someone bought out our building. I can bench press two 20 dumbbells. About 10 times. I do about 15- 20 curls with 15 Ibs.

Mullen was far from the biggest or strongest player on the ice during his playing days. But even when he was on the receiving end of a punishing hit courtesy of a bigger opponent, he always managed to pick himself up and get back into the action.

I think Chris Pronger is the best pound for pound. I dont know what stats you want be is considered the best at his position and can hit with anybody.
