of course I agree it is far from perfect, it is a document concieved and written by man...still it is the best document written to date to base a goverment on; if you do not agree, go to a country whose constitution is not "for the people," and see how you like living there.

I think the Constitution is as close to perfect as you can write one. The problem is with Judges and Attorneys who interpret the Constitution to suite their needs, and ignore the intent of the writing.

Of course, it's far from perfect.
It's a document meant to govern people.
People and society change over time and the document must be changed to "keep pace" with the changes.
Also, it's was made and is maintained (amendments) by humans, who are themselves imperfect.

No. It's one of the greatest manuscripts mankind has made. It's the constantly changing interpretation that's not perfect.

Have you read it? Undoubtedly not. It is an incredibly well written document with foresight that was unbelievably far-reaching and still protects us today. Why do you try to tear it down?
