You could try laying her on her back and playing with her hands infront of her face so she can see them. Or get some bright colored baby toys and hold them out for he to see. But don't worry when she's ready she'll start grabbing for things.

Sometimes they take their time reaching milestones. My daughter is the same age and just NOW started gnawing on her fists. Give her some time, and if you are worried, call her doc

Not really, my baby is a month old and she grips onto whatever touches her hands. So your baby just lays there.
