No-one can really answer that specifically because we dont know what you use your computer for. The best advice is to browse through the list, and remove everything you know you never use. Make sure "Show Updates" is UNCHECKED, and you probably wont remove anything important.

If your computer was "pre-loaded", everything that was loaded THAT YOU USE! (usually factory loaded systems will NOT show anything loaded at the factory in this list!)

By ALL means keep any files loaded from a MOBO "system" disc as these are needed for the MOBO to function properly.

Everything else depends on OS, what you do on the computer, what you do and do not need.

NOTE: This includes the "windows components", however, I have found that removing these does NOT remove them, it merely takes them off of your programs menus in most cases!

If you REALLY want to remove them; first: track down ALL the associated files and make a list, second: "remove" the component, third: remove all the associated files MANUALLY that were not removed automatically.
AS MANY OF THESE FILES, EXPECIALLLY .DLL FILES MAY BE USED BY MORE THAN ONE PROGRAM, BE SURE TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING OR YOU MAY WIND UP WITH A NON-RUNNABLE SYSTEM!!!

BEST CHOICE: Remove only the programs you do NOT use from the add/remove list. (BEFORE using this list, I check to see if the program has its OWN uninstaller. I find that they usually do a better job than the windows generic uninstaller.)

You don't really need any of them. Nothing system critical is in the add/remove programs. However the items in Windows Components are probably necessary.

Now if you know you use a program, duh, don't remove it.
