I live in American Canyon, CA. I would like to have one planted in my yard. Is this possible?

You can buy a Ficus tree at most nurseries. Ficus is a member of the Banyan family, or rather the Banyan is in the Ficus family. Ficus benjalensis or(benjamina) I live in Florida, so I don't know how warm American Canyon is. Be carful though , the roots will take over your yard. If you leave it in the pot, the roots will go right thru into the ground.

I suggest you ask this Question at your local Garden Centre, if they are good at what they will either be able to provide this tree for you or will able to track one down for you from another source.
