Hey people,
I am a 11 year old guy and I am 180lb ( that's too much) ...
I come home at 7 o' clock from my daycare and after coming home, I eat food and sleep. I don't have any time for some healthy activities to be slim!!

My day care teacher does not allows me to go out of the room and do some exercise and she never allows me to do anything.

I am a lot of fat, and friends always tease me.
I really wanna be slim, so can you all please help me!

Give me some easy tips that I can do in less or no time as you know I have no time.
Every opinion will be highly appreciated.
Thanks to each and every person in advance!

PLEASE DON'T SAY THAT IT IS IN THE WRONG CATEGORY.
I ALREADY KNOW THAT.

i think u should like do something after coming from ur day care an ya! don't sleep alot. Just do what ever makes u active like just dance or run around. Make some friends. that helps a lot coz u get more active and don't eat foods with a lot of fats.

Every little choice that you make can help! If your school isn't very far away, see if it's ok, if you walk there. I would advise that you talk to your parents about changing daycares; or, -better yet!- try to get invovled in a sport! Then you can be at practice instead of daycare, you will be having fun, AND you will be getting good excercise. Also, make sure you watch what you eat! Don't starve yourself, but try not to eat a lot in between meals. If you need a snack in between meals, keep it small and healthy! Try to avoid soda's, chips, and sweets. If you have a craving for something sweet, instead of ice cream (which is REALLY high in saturated fat {not good!}) try eating an apple with carmel dipping! Just remember that losing weight and being healthy is a mixture of both good eating habits AND excercise. GOOD LUCK!!

If you dont eat a lot but just cant lose you may want to increase # of meals per day . lower calorie but eat more often. good snacks. salads. less meat and cheese and dairy. Eating right before bed is not very good cause your body at rest doesn't burn as many calories. try eating at least an hour or two before bed. You will sleep better as well. Join in sports at school so you dont have to go to that stupid day care. Obviously shes not much of a teacher. P.S. friends arent friends if they tease you.

You got your input (calories) and your output (activities). It balances out or your weight changes. In other words, the work your body does exactly matches your food intake. You are as fat as you need to be to burn the calories you eat. Get it?

Don't get me wrong. Activity certainly helps, and in more ways than just weight loss. Sure, seek out activity. But face it you probably need to change your eating habits if you want to be slim.

try to do your homework in daycare so that when you get home, you have at least 30 min. of exercise. this can be sit ups , push ups, climbing stairs, jumping jacks, etc. try to stay away from mcdonalds and fast foods. cut out the soda! try to drink more water.

Yoy need to talk to your parrents about going to a new daycare. your day care teacher should support your wanting to be healthyer. in the mean time, try stationary excercize, sit ups, push ups, etc. Also talk to your parents about it. perhaps they can help you by making you healthyer food.
