Cliquey behaviour and bad use of communal areas ie leaving rubbish and dirty mugs: This is an underdogs behaviour pattern as creative management teams should build into strong units and not strong divisions.
Cultural awareness and the lack of: Carrot motivation corrupts workforce in unethical pursuit of gain over and above dignity, honour, integrity, and those among future generations who will live with the remains.
