I am looking for a probono lawyer in West Texas.?

My husband has also stated that he will not give me a divorce and that he will leave me and my 10 year old son with nothing.

you could hire an attorney and stipulate that your husband pay all attorney fees and court costs - in addition to alimony and child support. it worked for me.
